Vic: Fire bans declared for Vic's north-east and north-west

Total fire bans have been declared for Victoria's north-west and north-east districts
for tomorrow.

The Country Fire Authority says no fires may be lit in the open in those districts
from midnight tonight to midnight tomorrow.

The CFA has advised residents in fire risk districts to activate their fire plans.
